When I completed my secondary education I really wanted to go to the university to get my degree but this never happened due to the poor financial position that my family was in. This is an ongoing project that is based in Kisumu, Kenya. It is a sexual and reproductive health project that's basically started to benefit youths and adolescents covering the county government of kisumu. The main reasons why i decided to come up with this project was; Kisumu county is an area known for HIV/AIDS prevalence for youths and adolescents, early pregnancies in adolescents of ages 12-19 is on a high rate, youths and adolescents engage in sexual activities at an early age, early marriages due to lack of information and awareness, and abortion rate is at an alarming rate leading to deaths.
The main reason that we would like people to donate for our project is that we would like to build a preschool that will be providing good learning foundation for the children. The amount we are asking for from anyone that will be willing to support our project is 3000 USD where we will manage to cover the construction of the preschool where we would like to start with just two classes and a latrine and later expand from there and for few learning materials to start with. Therefore your support is highly needed to accomplish this and only God will bless you.

Galikwoleka primary school is proposed to benefit from this project because of lack of water at the school. The school has an enrollment of 442 pupils (224 girls and 218 boys) in primary one to seven but without any water source. The only nearby pond where pupils fetch water is 1kilometer away. With your support we propose to install two water tanks of 10,000 liters each at school that will harvest rain water and end the problem of lack of water. Please help these children by donating a total of 1352USD so we can help improve their well-being and allow them to receive their education in a comfortable and healthy manner

The aim of this project is to conduct educative clinics in schools especially to the girls in upper classes so we can educate them on how they are supposed to carry themselves as young women so as to avoid issues such as early pregnancies while still in school as we know these cases are many in our society. Also we intend to provide sanitary pads to these girls and education on how to use them as well as having proper hygiene. It is our hope that you will support us in this project so we can help these young girls to have a better future and have a comfortable time when in school
